Grabbing a podium finish or snatching away the top prize on the last question with buzzer press is what Quizzes give a adrenaline rush. 

On Saturday, the 2nd of March, 2019, six students of First year from GMIT participated at the SBI Numero Yono Quiz Competition- an exciting and an interactive campus quiz for all UG and PG Students experiencing the same enthusiasm. The initiative provided a great platform to compete with the smartest quizzing minds across India. 

There were two teams with 3 students in each, of the Dept. of CSE as Team 1; and of the Dept. of EE & ME as Team 2. Out of the 150 participating teams from all across West Bengal, the two teams from GMIT put up a great fight and resilience to qualify till the quarter-finals comprising the last 30 competing teams. Even though both the teams from GMIT could not, unfortunately, go any further, given their feat in a short notice.
