BRIGHT TEST- 5th Dhurjoti Banerjee Merit Academic Scholarship 2019, An Initiative by GMIT.

BRIGHT foundation, formed in 2010 with the ulterior objective of providing higher education to the have-nots runs a host of initiatives including a school and an engineering college. Needless to mention, we are completely non-profiteering and run on donations. 

One of its outreach programs, named DB merit academic scholarship exam in association with GMIT conducted every year in January, targets the WBJEE/IIT aspirants in selected districts of West Bengal.

This year the DB scholarship exam held in about 10 centers in districts of South 24 parganas, Bankura, East and West Midnapore, Kolkata, Howrah, East & West Burdwan & Nadia on 20 th and 23 rd of January, 2019.

About 4000+ engineering aspired students sat for the exam, which is a dipstick for them to understand their preparation levels and helps assess the gap to crack WBJEE/IIT.

We conduct this exam every year in association with reputed brands of West Bengal, the growing and authentic brands in the space of preparatory coaching who will uplift and sustain the very high reputation that BRIGHT has established in rural Bengal and Kolkata over the years.
